Step 1: Using the Shopping Basket

You can order quickly and easily through Sweetillusions.com.

  • To add items to your Shopping Basket, simply click on "Buy Icon" of the item you wish to buy.
  • To remove an item, check the box under the column labeled "Remove" and click "Recalculate" to see your new total.
  • To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Qty" column and click "Recalculate."
  • Or Click on the “View Basket” at top of the page and then inside the basket change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Qty" column and click "Recalculate."

Step 2: Shipping Address

  • Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information of your shipping. Remember to spell out the city. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors. Your shipping address must be the same as your Credit Card billing and in the United States.
  • Sweetillusions.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $100, there is a delivery charge of $15.14 with UPS Ground
  • You can edit the shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.

Step 3: Shipping and Packaging

  • After entering the "Customer Information" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.
  • The products are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a durable cardboard box.
  • You can also add a personalized gift message to your order. A gift card will be included in your order if you requested on the comment section.

  Step 4: Payment Information

  • Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information of your Credit Card Billing Statement. Remember to spell out the city. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors (AVS) mismatch. Your customer information address must be the same where you receive your Credit Card billing statement and in the United States.
  • If you have any coupons or promotional codes, you can also enter the codes at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket once you click the redeem coupon.

Step 5: Order Confirmation

  • Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the billing addresses. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click "Place Order Now."
  • Once the order is submitted, an Order Complete page will be displayed with an order number. You'll also receive an e-mail confirmation containing the same order number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed if you don’t get any error message or AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch.
  •  We will process and ship your order within 1 - 2 business days. When we ship your order, you'll receive an e-mail confirming the ship date with a UPS tracking number so you can track your order status.
